Customer service took days to get back to me, and when they finally did, it didn’t really solve anything. I kept having to follow up and explain, it just felt like I was chasing them the whole time. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but yeah, frustrating.

I really wanted to love this because it looked so cute online, and I was excited when it arrived. But I just tried it on yesterday, so maybe I’m still a little annoyed, and the sizing was not it. I ordered my usual size, but the top was way too tight while the bottoms were weirdly loose. Super frustrating because the style itself is cute, but the fit just didn’t work for me. Ended up returning it.

so I really wanted to love my outfit from Freedom Rave Wear because it looked super cute when I first put it on, but it just was not comfortable. After about 20 minutes, the fabric started feeling scratchy and the straps were digging into my shoulders.

I ended up wearing it for one night and couldn’t wait to change out of it. It looked good in pictures, but comfort-wise, it was definitely not for me.

I kind of had a feeling this might feel cheap when I ordered it, and unfortunately it pretty much confirmed that for me. The fabric doesn’t feel great, and after using it a bit, it didn’t really hold up the way I hoped. I wanted to be pleasantly surprised, but it ended up being about what I expected...

I was disappointed. I know some people probably love the bold look, but for my taste a lot of the designs felt way too busy and kind of cheap once I saw them in person. The colors are super loud, but not in a fun or cute way to me. I was expecting edgier, cooler rave outfits, and most of it just didn’t match my vibe at all.

I wanted to like this more, and it did look decent at first glance, but overall it didn’t really feel worth the money. The material felt a bit cheaper than I expected, and the sizing was off for me. It’s not terrible, but for the price, I was hoping for better quality.

I ordered an outfit for a show and the pieces were really cute, but the shipping took longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated for a few days, so I was definitely getting nervous that it wouldn’t make it in time. It did show up before my event, but just barely. Overall, not a terrible experience, but the lack of updates made the stress feel preventable. I’d order much earlier next time.

Customer service also wasn’t much help. It took a few days to hear back, and the replies were really short, like they didn’t fully answer what I was asking. I can imagine other customers getting just as frustrated trying to figure out the return steps.

On top of that, having to deal with shipping costs just to swap a size felt annoying. The clothes are cute, but the return and exchange process left a bad impression, and it definitely makes me think twice before ordering again
